As IŞIK CRANE ELECTROMECHANICAL ENGINEERING INC., we aim to ensure the satisfaction of our customers, to give primary importance to Occupational Health and Safety and the Environment, of which we are a part, and to continue to be among the leading companies in Turkey and the world in our sector. In order to achieve this goal, we undertake to comply with the following policies.

QUALITY POLICY

  • To maintain the quality approach that we have followed from our establishment to the present day by complying with and continuously improving the requirements of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System standard.
  • To provide our customers with higher quality products and services at competitive prices by reducing delivery times and costs.
  • To ensure that all divisions understand the legislation, specifications and contract terms so that customer requirements can be fully met and that they contribute to production within this framework to obtain products at the desired quality level.
  • To increase our competitiveness by following technological developments in the country and around the world and incorporating them into our goals and programmes.
  • To improve the qualifications of our employees through training, to increase their motivation to work and to achieve the planned level of productivity.
  • To start creating quality in the supply chain.
  • To deliver our products to our customers; on time, at the optimum price that our customers and our company deserve, together with trouble-free and after-sales service.

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY

  • To operate and continually improve our system in accordance with the requirements of ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Systems.
  • To comply with applicable legislation, relevant standards and the requirements of organisations of which we are a member.
  • Maintain occupational health and safety as a priority in all circumstances to prevent accidents, injuries and occupational diseases.
  • To instil health and safety awareness in our employees.
  • To work to achieve the goal of zero occupational accidents and occupational diseases.
  • To create resources to increase the participation of employees in Occupational Health and Safety activities.

Employee Occupational Health and Safety Principle:

My most important responsibility to myself, my family, my environment and my workplace is to do the job I am doing safely: I can't do any of that if I'm dead.

 

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

  • To comply with the requirements of ISO 14001 and applicable legal and other requirements in relation to the environmental aspects we have identified in our activities during our products and services.
  • To carry out systematic environmental impact assessments with the participation of our employees, to set targets, to prepare action plans and to update them periodically in order to eliminate existing and potential environmental aspects related to our activities.
  • Contribute to the conservation of natural resources, using fewer natural resources by ensuring more efficient use of energy and raw material resources.
  • Minimise waste and losses by taking measures at source, making efforts to ensure recycling and preventing pollution.
  • To be prepared to protect the environment in all possible emergencies, including natural disasters.
  • To ensure effective cooperation with the environment with which we interact, to be in continuous development, sensitive to the environment, through mutual exchange of information and experience.
  • Provide the necessary resources to improve the environmental awareness of our employees.
  • To spread the mentality of a cleaner and more organised working environment to all employees.
  • To carry out all these activities within a documented system whose scope is defined.

CLIMATE CHANGE POLICY

  • To carry out activities in the fight against climate change by taking into account environmental, sociological, economic, technological, and financial factors with the participation of all stakeholders,
  • To carry out activities within the framework of policy and strategy development, climate change adaptation, and greenhouse gas emission reduction targets,
  • To meet the requirements set forth by the laws, regulations, circulars of the Republic of Türkiye and the legal legislation applicable to our operations, as well as obligations arising from international agreements; and to fulfill the requirements related to climate change and carbon footprint reduction stemming from responsibilities toward internal and external stakeholders, and to carry out activities in compliance with these requirements,
  • To monitor greenhouse gas emissions of all equipment and devices used in our activities and gradually phase out the import and use of ozone-depleting substances.
  • To analyze issues related to climate change within all established ISO systems, integrate them into our business processes, and ensure compliance.
  • To take measures to reduce energy consumption and promote efficient energy use.
  • To assess climate-related risks and reduce identified risks to acceptable levels.
  • To regularly provide training to company employees—and when necessary, suppliers and third-party stakeholders—to raise awareness of climate change and encourage contributions to the functioning of the system.
  • To report all actual or suspected activities contrary to climate-change-related requirements and take preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
  • To provide necessary resources for reducing climate change impacts and for taking, implementing, maintaining, and improving required actions and precautions with the philosophy of creating a more livable world.
